At Londonderry Arms Hotel, the restaurants and bars are far from places simply to eat and drink. They are places to meet local people, taste local produce, try new flavours as well as to revisit favourite classics. Each of our restaurants and bars offers something for everyone from cosy, informal to formal ambience – all underpinned by personal, friendly service.
As a founding member of the Taste of Ulster, our menus showcase the finest selection of local ingredients from the land and the sea. With Glenarm Salmon, famous Glenarm shorthorn beef, and locally harvested seaweed, you will certainly be spoilt for choice.
Call in to savour our Baileys Coffee with a freshly baked scone. Treat yourself to a 3 course dinner, with every dish designed to capture a sense of place. Enjoy a quick bite, a mouthwatering dessert or relax by the fire with a pint of the black stuff and a good old yarn.
Come and try our legendary O’Neill family wheaten bread baked every day this 70 year old recipe will have you returning again and again.
It is said that Lady Londonderry enjoyed Afternoon Tea back in 1846 and we are proud to continue this ritual – with a twist of local artesian creativity.

Our signature Arkle Whiskey Bar pays homage to Ireland’s national drink. We offer a collection of Malts, Blends and Vintages from all over Ireland and the Western Isles of Scotland.

The Coach House
The Coachhouse Bar Bistro is ideal for a lunch or a relaxed dinner, offering traditional cuisine with a local twist in an informal setting.
Our spacious Coachhouse is ideal for family dining, and we offer our children’s menu also offers fresh local produce. Our lively Coach House Bar regularly features live music and attracts guests from far and near.
Arkle Whiskey Bar
A carved out special space at the heart of the hotel is the Arkle Whiskey Bar, named after the great Irish Steeplechaser and Cheltenham Gold Cup winner.
Take a seat, surrounded by local artist John Henshaw’s wood carvings and let our team help you choose from a collection of malts, blends and vintages from all over Ireland and some from western Scotland.
And before you go, touch the lucky horse shoe worn by Arkle and as legend says - you will have good luck!
The Londonderry Arms Hotel is a historic hotel situated in the picturesque Glens of Antrim in the small coastal village of Carnlough on the award winning Antrim Coast Road which forms a core part of the Causeway Coastal Route.
